Bean

Do you like them? They come in so many varieties, shapes, colors, and sizes, it is hard to not find one that you wouldn't like. You do a lot with them too.

I must have swallowed one a while back though, that didn't agree with my digestive system. I got terribly sick and stayed home wrapped in a blanket for a couple weeks. I didn't have enough strength to even get up and help the kids in the morning. The girls teachers called to check on me, they knew something was up cause they didn't have their hair done.
Rob did everything around the house. Caitlin even came and took care of me when he couldn't be here. ( he had to leave and be gone for a week to San Antonio.) Rob finally took me to the Dr. to find that I had a bad UTI. Maybe it wasn't a bean after all.

After a week on meds, I feel better. I can sorta eat again. I still feel sick. Off to the Dr. again.

A Bean, that is what I have growing inside me. A little bean, at least that is what it looks like.

Ok, as a matter of fact we have known for a while. I am about 9 weeks now.
Yes, I have been super sick and Yes, food makes me sick. I hate walking into the kitchen. I hate the bathroom. Even some of our lovely air fresheners are getting to me.
I always feel nauseated, in fact I could throw-up right now but I keep my jaw clenched in hopes that I won't have to make a mad dash to the bathroom.
My jar hurts because of that.
My bowels have slowed down because I haven't kept down any food in weeks, my stomach hurts. I have a head ache, probably because of lack of hydration.

the list goes on and on. Oh well, only about 7 more months to go.
Oh and the Due Date you probably all wondering, June 22, 2011.

Bundled

Caleb was up at 6:30 this morning and looked out the window to see snow. That is how our cold snowy day began.
I was super happy with myself because last night I got Caleb new snow boots to wear when it got snowy. He was super excited to wear them today.

The girls were ecstatic about wearing hats, scarfs, and gloves to school. To them everything was perfect because it had snowed and they got to put on their snow clothes.

Dear Winter,

please don't freeze me. My kids might love you, and play with you and think you are pretty awesome but, I only think you are nice to look at. Mostly pretty and peaceful.
I'll stay inside where I know I can try to stay warm. I may even start a fire and cuddle up in a blanket and drink some yummy hot chocolate. I don't have any plans to go and play outside with you.

Love Suzie

Ouch

This boy is hurting, can you tell?

SEVEN!!!

My little boy is now Seven!
To celebrate, he he wanted Breakfast for dinner. Waffles.
It was fun to share his dinner with our wonderful missionaries too.
He loved his gifts and the time that he got to spend with his family.
And yes, this is not a piece of cake, he choose to have donuts instead.
